Depending on the country they come from, participants fall under one of these 4 cases:
- you might be able to get a visa on arrival. In this case just make sure your passport has a validity of 6+ months from your date of entry.
- you might be eligible to apply for e-Visa using the online portal. In this case use this link to submit your application.
- you might have to submit a visa application to the nearest embassy or consulate. In this case please contact your embassy and ask what documents are needed, and reach out for support to the Host’s team. Once you register as a participant on our Conference platform, you will receive an email with the invitation letter to apply for visa. You may need to prepare other documents as well (flight tickets, proof of residency, proof of employment etc).
- you may not need visa to enter Egypt for a period shorter than 30 days. Make sure to check a trusted source to confirm if this is the case!
The cost for a visa application varies - for visas obtained online the cost is USD 25 for a single entry and USD 60 for a multiple entry visa.
Those applying for visa at an embassy may pay between USD 50-100 for a single entry or a multiple entry visa.
Please check official sources to find out if you need a visa, and if you can apply using the online portal or via an embassy.
