According to the Rules of Procedure, Tellers are recommended to and appointed by the Conference to oversee the voting procedure and verify the number of votes recorded. The Tellers help to scrutinize the votes and will be given access to the backend of the eVoting system so that they can see the detailed voting results that the system has captured. The Tellers will also have the opportunity to download the voting data for each vote to conduct a comparison of votes vs the result outcome whenever necessary.
