While most of the webinars are open to everyone to join, some webinars are designed for specific audience only such as World Scout Committee candidates, Head of Delegations, or staff and volunteers that support the delivery of the conference. If there is a specific audience for the webinar, that will be highlighted in the webinar descriptions available on scoutconference.org/pre-engagement.
