If no one in the delegation is able to access the eVoting system due to connectivity issues, then an option for individual call-in voting will help to address these situations on a case by case basis.
- Liaise internally
-
- In case the Head of Delegation holding the voting credentials loses internet connectivity, it is first recommended that you liaise internally within your delegation to rely on another member that can take on the responsibility of voting in the meantime.
- Contact Regional Director
-
- If your connectivity issue cannot be resolved within your delegation, reach out to your Regional Director as your primary point of contact for this voting option. You will be asked to confirm your role as Head of Delegation and to share a phone number we can reach you at.

- Proceed with Call-in Vote
-
- Once you have liaised with the Regional Director, a member of the Tellers Team will call you on the phone number you provided and proceed with the call-in Vote. Personal identifying questions will be asked, and the vote selection confirmed verbally. Following that, a screenshot will be shared to your email for your record and confirmation of the vote
Important Notes:
The start of this process is foreseen as of the moment a delegation reaches out and ends in preparation for the next Voting Session. It is important to manage expectations that the full implementation of this process cannot be completed within the same Voting Session. In the case of loss of Internet connectivity, we will do our best to support you with this call-in voting option.
For the votes of Elections or World Scout Events, the call-in vote option would need to be implemented within the first 5 hours.
