Only one access credential will be given per delegation for the eVoting system. The access credentials will be assigned to the Head of Delegations by way of their email address used as part of the registration process for the events. A invitation email will be sent out from the system with a unique link asking the Head of Delegation to activate their user account by setting a personalised password. This invitation will be valid for only 48 hours to ensure security measures for access to the system. In case of any dispute with the credentials granted to a Member Organization, the Credentials Committee comprised of volunteers and staff appointed by the World Scout Committee hold the responsibility according to the Rules of Procedure to verify the credentials of delegates, observers and guests.
