In order to meet your patrol for the daily reflection moments you must first connect via the meeting hub with all your team and patrol members. Do this before the event officially starts so you are ready to get started at your first meeting. All daily reflection meetings will take place via the meeting hub and must be initiated by the patrols and teams. They take place at the end of plenary each day and last 15 minutes.
Navigate to the meeting hub
Using the search function on the left type in the names of your patrol members
Select the person you wish to connect with and on the right hand side of the screen you will see the details of the person. Here you must click on the connect button. This will send a request to connect to the other person which they must accept. Make sure you keep checking on your meeting hub so you can also accept contact requests other people have sent to you.
Once you are connected with someone you can make a call. To make a team or patrol call one person must start a call with another person in the team. Once you have started that call you can then add other people into the call using the add person icon in the call that you are in. In this way add in the other members of your patrol or team and start your daily reflection meeting.
We suggest that each team nominates a team or patrol leader who can always start the call to make the process even more simple.
