Safe from Harm is a set of actions designed to make sure that every person involved in Scouting is responsible for and committed to protecting children, young people and adults inside and outside the Movement, so everyone can feel safe at all times. We recognise the fundamental duty of a youth organisation to protect children, young people and adults and promote a safe environment for all.
