The Conference is the governing body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. The Conference, which takes place every three years, provides an opportunity for Member Organizations to consider the policy and standards of the Scout Movement, formulate the general policy of the World Organization, and take the action required to advance the purpose of the Movement.
