The Guidelines of the 13th Forum stated that YAs are elected at the Forum “for a term of three years”. These Guidelines are approved by the WSC. Contingent upon the referendum being approved and both events being postponed, the WSC decided that it will extend the mandate of the current YAs until such time that the 14th Forum convenes.
