The Youth Forum takes place before the Conference and provides a space for young people below 26 years of age to review and discuss all business proposals up for consideration at the Conference. They are also provided an opportunity to develop recommendations and draft amendments to improve upon the proposals, as well as any other topic affecting young people or for strengthening national youth policies. In addition, the Youth Forum agrees on a formal declaration of its participants along with a formal report that is conveyed to the Conference. Finally, the Youth Forum also serves as a training ground for the Conference, empowering and supporting the delegates from Member Organizations.
