The in-person participation fee covers:
– Venue access, ceremonies, daily lunches and coffee breaks for all seven days.
– Three dinners (Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Egyptian night).
– Approved transportation between the official venues and recommended hotels.
– Airport transfers on arrival and departure days.
Note: Any costs related to hotel accommodation, flight fares, and visas are not covered in the participation fee.
The digital participation fee enables participants to access and participate in all key sessions, including to virtually engage in all plenary sessions, key breakout sessions, as well as vote virtually for delegations with no individuals present in Cairo.
