Only International Commissioners or Official Contacts, as listed in the World Scouting Directory, are invited to register their organisation’s delegation. They will have received an email with a registration link and instructions for appointing delegates and observers.
If you are an Official Contact and haven’t received registration details by email, please make sure that your details are correct on the WOSM Directory and then send an email to registration@scoutconference.org to request the registration link.
